Below we have answered some of the most common questions. Please contact us if you have further questions.


What if my camper needs to leave during camp?

We strongly discourage leaving during camp. Each session is only 5 to 7 days long and your kid has likely looked forward to it all year. If possible, avoid scheduling appointments during your child's week and consider making arrangements for them to miss sporting events that week as well.
We recognize that there are special circumstances and emergencies that may require your child to leave. We ask that you let the office manager know before the session starts if possible. Also, you'll need to call ahead and check-out your camper with one of the camp staff.


What if my camper wants to buy something from the store?

Simply put money on your camper's account. This allows them the power to purchase from the store and keeps them from needing to bring cash.


Can I make cabin requests?

Of course! Requests are submitted when you register your camper. We do our best to honor these requests but are not guaranteed. Early registration is a huge help in matching your camper with their friend.


How are cabins organized?

Cabins are organized according to gender and and grade. The number of registered campers in a given grade determines how many cabins we have for that age group. Cabin requests and number of campers in an age group go into determining cabins.


What is the refund policy?

If something comes up and your camper absolutely cannot make it to camp please let us know as soon as possible. There may be another camper on the waiting list.
You may receive a full refund if you cancel your registration before March 1st. After March 1st the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you'd like to transfer your deposit to another session we'd be glad to do that provided there is space in that session.


How do I ask for a scholarship

Go ahead and begin registering your camper. On the Camper Information form you will be asked whether or not you need financial assistance. Select 'YES' and fill out questions that follow. This is the first step in the process. At the end of your application process (Step 6), select Requesting Scholarship under 'Payment Options' page.  This will allow you to complete your application.  Additionally, you will need to mail in a letter stating why your child would like to come to camp. We would love to have this from the words of your child! You will be contacted within 14 days by the camp office manger with information.


What if my camper wants to call me? Can I Visit?

We understand that you may wish to visit or call your camper during the week. Please keep in mind that visiting can often cause younger campers, who are having a great time, to become homesick. Since there is not a really convenient time, and it can take away from the focus, we do not allow visits or calls during the week.
