Leadership Development

Leadership Development

Beginning Summer 2019! For students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

Most parents want their kids to be confident, equipped, and mature. Many of us as parents are looking for an opportunity to develop these leadership abilities. We offer an experience designed for your high school camper to have a mindset shift and grow into spiritual maturity.

While we still offer camp session for all ages your high school student may choose to enter the leadership track.
The Camp Caudle Leadership Development Program seeks to create meaningful experiences that prepare the hearts and minds of our participants to be impacted by God. We feel that each believer has the potential to be both a servant and a leader for Jesus Christ, and that God has given each individual the skills and gifts necessary to influence the lives of the people around them.

Program Goal:

The overall goal of Leadership Development at Camp Caudle is to guide young people into spiritual maturity, creating believers who are equipped to make a positive impact in their churches, their families, and in society as a whole.

This is how we are rolling out the program

Year 1 - CornerStone Team (Beginning Summer 2019)

Move from being served to serving.

Session 1: June 16th - June 29th, 2019

Session 2: June 30th - July 13th, 2019

The first level of the Leadership Development Program, to be launched in the summer of 2019, is called the Cornerstone Team. Over the course of this two-week program, there is a strong focus on servant leadership and authentic community. While undergoing an in-depth study of the book on Nehemiah these students will practice servant leadership by helping facilitate various aspects of summer camp. This will include working alongside our kitchen staff, grounds crew, and operations crew. They will also be involved in a building project, learning not only some physical skills, but more importantly learning what it means to work hard as a team, seeing a project through from idea to completion.

Our goal is to see a mindset shift in these students, for them to move from being served to becoming servants, learning the deep joy that comes from denying themselves and serving others.

Through this entire experience, students are participating in team-building, learning what it means to live in an authentic community of believers, seeing first-hand how much can be accomplished by a group of believers with a common purpose.

Year 2 - Stepping Stone Team (Beginning Summer 2020)

Taking Initiative. Becoming a Leader.

Year 3 - CapStone Team (Beginning Summer 2021)

Realizing your Gift.
